If you believe you can do it all on your own, and since every protocol we "prescribe" is illustrated with pictures and videos, you may select the Level 1 only option as offered with the standard Multi-Sensory Therapy.

However, our Custom Multi-Sensory Therapy plan guarantees you unlimited access to our family support team, including Claudie herself.

Level 1 Supported Issues:

  • Instructions for the Multi-Sensory Therapy exercises and protocols;
  • Where to procure the best equipment;
  • Technical troubleshooting;
  • Questions related to contracts and your account.

Level 2 Supported Issues:

  • Parenting techniques;
  • Optimizing the environment for best results;
  • Diet, sleep, fresh air and exercise;
  • Conflict with other therapies;
  • Conflict with school.

Note: Should you need help with these issues on an ad hoc basis, you may buy individual support sessions or a support package.


For now, we are only open 9-5 MST, Monday to Friday for live telephone support. For e-mails, we usually respond within 20 minutes if we are not sleeping or having fun with our own kids at home. We do check e-mails at home albeit less frequently.
